Who You Are:

As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a transit motor vehicle, providing reliable and efficient public transportation.

Driver Minimum Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.
• Must have a CDL with Airbrake Endorsement and Passenger Endorsement (Shuttle Only).
• Possess excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Healthcare Benefits: The Company participates in the Teamsters Local Union 727 Health and Welfare Plan for all full-time employees who completed their probation for use of health care clinic only. However, Employees have the option to go with MV benefits or the Teamsters.

Retirement Benefits: 401(K) Employees are eligible to contribute to the plan for the first of the month. Following 30 days of employment. The employer will provide a 100% match capped at 2%

Life Insurance: MV will Provide 5,000 in life insurance at no cost to all full-time employees

Paid Time Off: 6 months - year 2 = 1.538 bi-weekly accrual w/ 40 yearly accrual cap

Jury Duty: Employee with a year or more of service will be reimbursed for any loss of income incurred for up to five days spent on jury service.

Bereavement: All employees who may lose time from his or her employment due to a death of their immediate family shall be entitled to receive their pay during said absence for (3) days.

Paid Holidays: 8 paid holidays

Paid Personal Days: Full-Time employees who have completed (12) months of Employment is eligible for (1) paid personal day each anniversary to use during the 12-month period.

Safety Bonus: A safety bonus will be paid to each employee for each year said employee does not have any unsafe acts or chargeable accidents.

Sick Days: The company shall comply with the Chicago Paid sick leave ordinance.
