Job Description

MV Transportation is seeking a Certified Examiner who will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the requirements set forth in Article 19-A of The Vehicle and Traffic Law, and Part 6 of the Commissioner's Regulations of the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles for our drivers roster.

The position includes but is not limited to preparation and maintenance of operators 19A files

annual requirements and NYS DMV audits, as well as compliance responsibilities for recruitment and monitoring of the roster and mechanic-drivers employed with MV Transportation. The candidate must have the ability to work on multiple high priority tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

NYS Certification.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat required. Lawson or HRIS experience preferred.

• Ability to work well as part of a team.

• Organized, detail oriented and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Must work well under pressure to meet internal and external deadlines.
