Job Description

MV Transportation is seeking a Reporting Specialist who will be responsible for preparing all daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required. They will use various systems (including Trapeze, ViewPoint, Transit Miner, and the phone system used by the control center) to collect and compile service data into comprehensive and detailed reports.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Have experience working in Trapeze and third-part reporting systems used by the control center.
  • Have experience with analyzing data to make recommendation regarding staffing needs, changes to non-dedicated assignments, and adjustments to Trapeze parameters, with the overall goal of service efficiency and performance.
  • Make suggestion for business decision and business tools for internal coarse corrections and improvements.
  • All other duties assigned.

Talent Requirements:

  • High school diploma.
  • Must have three (3) to five (5) years' experience in a transit, or similar, environment.
  • Must have experience with data analysis and providing workable resolutions.
  • Must be experienced in Trapeze, Zonar, Tranist Miner, ViewPoint and call center phone systems.
  • Must have strong verbal communication and writing skills.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
  • Expert level in Excel.
