Job Description

MV Transportation is seeking a Safety Administrative Clerk to fulfill all the responsibilities of the position and assume a regularly scheduled shift. Must have a positive attitude toward drivers, staff, our client and the public.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ability to file paperwork accurately.
  • Ability to follow policy and procedures implement by MV Transportation, Inc.
  • Ability to maintain paperwork logs.
  • Ability to work and communicate well with others.
  • Ability to assist during internal and external audits
  • Ability to assist in typing bulletins or memos
  • Ability to assist with recruitment efforts
  • Other duties as they may apply.

Talent Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge required.
  • Must have a valid Driver's license.
  • Ability to prioritize daily work assignments.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform work accurately and error free.

MV Transportation has been closely following the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines for personal protection equipment (PPE), which now includes gloves and hand sanitizer in our divisions. Our Procurement team was able to secure an order for more than a half-million masks and other personal protection equipment, which have been sent to our divisions.
