Job Description

MV Transportation is seeking a Contract Compliance Manager for local operations in compliance with State and Federal regulations and corporate and client policies. This position will oversee multiple subcontract providers operating across multiple technology platforms and reporting directly to the General Manager.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Oversee a team of contract compliance supervisors.
  • Liaison between MV and subcontractors.
  • Data compilation analysis and reporting based on KPIs.
  • Maintains contract repository for contract modifications and correspondence.
  • Subcontractor employee Drug and Alcohol compliance.
  • Subcontractor employee files, background checks and MVR.
  • Maintains contract repository for contracts, modifications and critical correspondence.
  • Prepares, organizes and maintains contract records and files documenting contract performance and compliance.
  • Analyzes significant, and/or unique contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to provide guidance on contract matters.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Strong managerial, organizational and problem-solving skills with ability to multi-task.
  • Comfortable interacting with senior level management and other internal and external stakeholders.

Talent Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; ideal candidate will have at least five (5) years of transit industry experience.
  • Microsoft Office experience, specifically Word, Excel, Access, Publisher and Outlook.
  • Routematch Integrated Transit Software knowledge is a plus!
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter who needs minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrate regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
