Job Description

MV Transportation is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator who reports to Call Center Manager. This position is responsible for investigating and responding to complaints from customers. He/she must present a professional image to all customers/clients; call center agents and fellow staff members. Most importantly, he/she will maintain the highest standards of excellence in appearance and attitude.


  • Review written summaries of complaints entered into the Rider360 complaint database
  • Investigates all complaints whether a response is requested or not by researching the elements of the complaint or referring to an appropriate resource to conduct the investigation and document the investigation results
  • Maintain Rider360 complaint database
  • Review complaint trends in order to identify patterns and report such trends to Management
  • Ensures all complaints are completed in each given time frame
  • Other duties as assigned

Talent Requirements:

  • Experience with Trapeze System and ATBOS a must
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to work a varied schedule
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to formulate responses to common inquiries or complaints
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
