Job Description

MV Transportation is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will respond to all customer complaints received, as well when necessary, respond to customers directly. He/she will participate when required with the client as the MV representative for all new customer service initiatives the client requires. He/she will assist all departments with investigations that involve customer service issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer all aspects of Customer Service program and responds to all customer comments through Citrix system as well as follow up with customers directly when necessary
  • Lost and found coordination
  • Employee ID cards
  • Liquidated damages investigation
  • Assists risk management with investigations
  • Representative for the client when and new or existing programs require MV representation

Talent Requirements:

  • Good speaking, writing, and organization skills
  • Ability to prepare computer logs i.e. Excel worksheets
  • High School and some college preferred
