Job Description

MV Transportation is seeking Customer Service Representatives who will be responsible for leading all complaint investigation, response, and remediation. Identifies customer trends based on complaint data, community outreach, and passenger feedback. This position also reviews cameras as needed in customer service delivery. This position maximizes customer-focused operational performance by maintaining contact with customers, riding the service; participating in community-focused events; conducting surveys; bench-marking best practices; and analyzing information and applications. The candidate must be thoroughly familiar with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

Talent Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer and math skills.
  • Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Customer service experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication skills required.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are also required.
  • Transit experience a plus.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
