Training Rate is Now $18/hour

In Service Rate is Now $20.87/hour

MV is currently hiring for Drivers. We're looking for bright individuals that are starting or want to further their career. Great opportunity to get $$ PAID $$ while you learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Report to work on time and in proper uniform.
  • Maintain a good attendance record.
  • Possess a valid Driver's License of the appropriate class, with all necessary endorsements and/or state certifications, and a valid Medical Examination Card when on duty.
  • Perform vehicle inspections as required.
  • Possess a functional knowledge of the demographics within your assigned service area
  • Possess excellent customer service skills and advises passengers of rules and regulations when necessary.
  • Follow company safety and operational rules and procedures.
  • Notify dispatch of deviations, overload, accidents, or passenger incidents.
  • Ability to work under stress and meet strict timelines
  • Requires the ability to read, write, and speak English and to perform basic mathematical procedures
  • Complete and submit written reports concerning passenger incidents, preventable and non-preventable accidents

Qualifications:

  • Clean Motor Vehicle Report
  • Valid Drivers License with a minimum of three (3) years driving history
  • At least 21 years old
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and a physical
