Job Description

MV Transportation is seeking a Microtransit Supervisor to perform supervisory duties relative to the oversight of Microtransit service delivery, including evaluating and monitoring provider and operator performance to ensure compliance with all applicable rules, procedures and Contract. The Supervisor is responsible for the collection, maintenance, analysis, and reporting of audit data from Microtransit service, including making recommendations to improve service efficiency, effectiveness and customer service.


  • Analyze the performance of MV Provider contracted services based upon established Contract standards.
  • Monitor AM & PM driver login/pullouts for all Providers.
  • Monitor service for late vehicles on all assigned shifts.
  • Make recommendations to support implementation of standard operating procedures to improve key performance indicators.
  • Coordinate and participate in GoLink training activities for operator and Providers.
  • Create and prepare detailed periodic analytical reports, compliance reports, and numerous ad-hoc reports for presentation to internal and external customers.
  • Conduct various field observations and write reports.
  • Respond to internal and external requests and complaints relative to Microtransit service.
  • Perform other duties or projects of similar nature and level as assigned.

Talent Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • High School diploma
  • Ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years to five (5) years of transportation operation experience in transit industry or related field.


  • Modern office methods, procedures, and use of computer equipment
  • Microtransit or paratransit operations
