Job Description

MV Transportation is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to ensure the optimal results for the local operations in compliance with State and Federal regulations and corporate and client policies.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Will perform audit and trend analysis on performance metrics and create action plans to optimize outcomes.
  • Will monitor and insure MV's compliance with our clients, relevant government agencies, and contractual obligations.
  • Manage internal and third-party audits to meet compliance regulations.
  • Will act as a business partner with operations, safety, maintenance, and payroll.
  • Update and maintain employee files, as needed.
  • Prepare a variety of client facing documents and reports.

Talent Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ideal candidate will have at least two (2) years of quality assurance experience in the transit industry.
  • Strong understanding in auditing against contractual obligations and KPIs.
  • Ability to analyze data to understand deficiencies, perform root cause analysis, and ability to make informed recommendations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with extreme attention to detail and accuracy, including DOT and FTA compliance.
  • Must have strong experience in Excel with pivot tables, writing formulas and analyzing data.
  • Microsoft Office experience, specifically Word, Access, Publisher and Outlook.
  • Trapeze Integrated Transit Software knowledge is a plus!
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
