Job Description

MV Transportation is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor, reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager. This individual will provide direct oversight of the taxi program.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Conducts taxi vehicle inspections
  • Conducts field audits on taxi providers
  • Conducts audits on taxi providers training programs
  • Responsible for reporting taxi providers daily performance
  • Holds weekly meetings with taxi providers
  • Maintains documentation of corrective action(s) and other appropriate records on all taxi providers
  • Conducts weekly center visits
  • Fields customer complaints and concerns related to the taxi program
  • Attends board meetings as requested
  • Assists with Drive Cam program when needed
  • Assists Quality Assurance Manager with safety annual safety audits
  • Ensures compliance of SOP with contract(s) in place
  • Assists with special improvement and communication campaigns to improve customer service
  • Lead for supplemental service providers such as Taxi and other on-demand solutions

Talent Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to maintain DOT trainer certification
  • Knowledge of Trapeze PASS software
  • Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills required
  • Must hold a valid driver's license
  • Knowledge of local training program and local operations
  • Familiarization with service area.
  • Knowledge of project specific vehicles, components and data/communications systems
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work with all departments
  • Ability to work independently and objectively
  • Knowledge of FTA and/ or ADA regulations a plus
