Job Description

MV Transportation is seeking a Solution Lead, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Learn and understand the MV Professional Services sales offerings and develop proposal pricing around it.
  • Create proposal and Statement of Work templates around core offerings for quick proposal and SOW turnaround - this includes for external clients as well as inputs to the MV Sales team.
  • Partner with our outsourced sales consultation team who engage prospective clients.
  • Attend with the Director of Professional Services, follow-up sales calls, to explain the MV Professional Services offerings to prospective clients.
  • Present and sell MV Professional Services to prospective and existing clients to drive sales.
  • Meet once per week with our outsourced sales partner to walk through status.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive client relationships for all current and future opportunities.
  • Drive sales and profitability targets for MV Professional Services by creating profitable proposals.
  • Track progress and present summary status to the Director of Professional Services and other MV Leadership.
  • Develop a continuous learning process around the sales strategy to improve upon both sales and margin goals.
  • Reports to Director of Professional Services.

Talent Requirements:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or two (2) to three (3) years of requisite experience required.
  • Ability to understand and calculate financials.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through verbal and written forms across various leadership levels of the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with clients at all levels.
  • Three (3)+ years of experience working with MS Office.
    • Must be able to use Excel effectively in calculating deal financials and track progress.
    • Must be able to create PowerPoint presentations to draw viewers in.
  • Highly motivated and goal driven with ability to listen to feedback and take appropriate action on it.
  • Office location in Dallas, TX - required to be in office majority of the time.

Preferred

  • Experience using Salesforce to enter prospective clients and track progress.
  • Experience in the transportation or professional services industries.
